REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT PLOICY

  • Faults/Damage claims

Most of our sales goes smoothly without complaints, however in the event that there is a problem with your purchase. Please note that as part of the company’s policy for quality assurance purposes, you can file all claims of a faulty or damaged delivery upon or immediately after reception, as we are pertinent about your delivered orders and happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: we are only likely to consider a refund or replacement for complaints on faulty/damaged orders that is filed on or before 7 days of receiving your delivery.

In the event that you receive the wrong item we will replace it for you or offer you a full refund or issue you credit to use in store.

 

P.S: *any coloration difference in item may be due to screen resolution setting.

 

All complaints/claims should be forwarded alongside clear image of damaged/faulty item(s) to info@zomidas.com

 

Upon receiving your complaint and clear photos showing damaged item, the respective office will review and contact you on options of a full refund or issuance of store credit (*based on your choice) and not compulsorily require an item returned.

 

  • RETURNS

In the event that a customer needs to return an item for an exchange, either for

  • A different item
  • for the same item of different size or for any other reason,

 

Such are permitted on the grounds that;

  • information’s of such event reaches us on or before 7 days of receiving the order
  • items are returned in good condition and with tags/labels undamaged
  • Customer will not request for refund in the event that you do not like the ordered items again
  • Customer accepts to use issued credits in store for the value of returned item(s)

 

If situation is in compliance with the above listed, please contact us for the return address of our warehouse.

 

P.S: *kindly bear in mind that customer harbors return shipping expense.

 

  • DELIVERY

A full refund will be issued on your items not delivered, otherwise an item replacement. Event that warrants such will be granted after 60 days of your order being shipped.
