TERMS OF SERVICE

Most of our sales goes smoothly without complaints, however in the event that there is a problem with your purchase. Please note that as part of the company’s policy for quality assurance purposes, you can file all claims of a faulty or damaged delivery upon or immediately after reception, as we are pertinent about your delivered orders and happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: we are only likely to consider a refund or replacement for complaints on faulty/damaged orders that is filed on or before 7 days of receiving your delivery.

In the event that you receive the wrong item we will replace it for you or offer you a full refund or issue you credit to use in store.

 

P.S: *any coloration difference in item may be due to screen resolution setting.

 

All complaints/claims should be forwarded alongside clear image of damaged/faulty item(s) to info@zomidas.com

 

Upon receiving your complaint and clear photos showing damaged item, the respective office will review and contact you on options of a full refund or issuance of store credit (*based on your choice) and not compulsorily require an item returned.

All purchases and ordered item(s) are shipped directly from china; hence customer would be responsible for any charges of any sort incurred from;

  • Or tax (es). As such we demand that customers review carefully before placing orders on item(s)

 

More importantly! Packages not collected by the recipient for any reason whatsoever are subsequently returned to us. In such event we only issue a 75% refund to customers, as an irredeemable fee has been incurred from failed collection and returned to sender shipping.
